Justin Lough Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu offers world class competition training and street self-defense. JLBJJ provides training for men, women and children ages 4 and up. Our programs are designed to develop beginner through advanced levels of knowledge and physical shape of each individual. Our mission is to provide the tools for each individual to not only achieve but surpass their personal goals.
